The donation from Hikma was made to aid first responders in saving lives from the illicit fentanyl and opioid overdose crisis.

With staff members representing half of the country’s Attorney General offices, the conference focused on the alarming spread of Fentanyl and rising numbers of overdoses throughout the United States.

A United Effort to Combat the Opioid Epidemic

Last week, a bipartisan coalition of attorney generals addressed the security dangers that fentanyl is having on our country, going so far as urging the White House to label illicit fentanyl as a weapon of mass destruction.
