As HarborPath celebrates the one year anniversary of the launch of the program, we would like
to thank you for your support of our common portal that helps connect uninsured individuals
living with HIV/AIDS to HIV patient assistance medications.
Fondly, we recall the impactful introduction of HarborPath by President Bill Clinton during the
2012 International AIDS Conference. Through the dedication of our partners, we have met and
exceeded President Clinton’s request to “offer access to affordable HIV medications faster and
in a simpler way.”
You can watch the video introduction here:
This year, HarborPath has achieved significant milestones, including:
Formed a Board of Directors comprised of leaders in HIV medicine, advocacy and patient assistance programs.
Worked with dedicated HIV case managers in clinics across the nation to get medicines to those who need it most.
Established relationships with pharmaceutical companies to expand breadth of medicines and program outreach.
Served patients on the ADAP Waiting List with medications from six pharmaceutical companies.
Received funding from national foundations, including a grant from the Elton John AIDS Foundation.
Made continuous improvements to the ease and functionality of the HarborPath portal to better serve uninsured patients.
Received the Corporate Partner of the Year Award from the ADAP Advocacy Association (aaa+).
Again, we thank our partners for their support.

Moving into 2014, HarborPath is uniquely poised to meet the needs of those who rely on HIV
PAPs for their medications now and during the uncertain period of ACA implementation. In
addition, we are working to extend our reach into more clinics in states with high uninsured and
underinsured rates, as well as provide medications for individuals living with HIV/AIDS and
Hepatitis C. We have made great strides this year, and we look forward to working with you
through our one-stop-shop portal for patient assistance.
